Anyone Can Catch the Confectionery Fever!

It appears as though my husband has succumbed to all the baking I have been doing in our kitchen. Yesterday, he decided to experiment with his love of all things S'more. After several hours and a kitchen lingering with graham cracker crumbs, Tom created these amazingly delicious s'more bites! He melted 60% dark chocolate over a double boiler, dipped marshmallows in it, and then topped it with a graham cracker topping. (2 tablespoons of melted butter mixed with a pack of crushed graham crackers.) Now, if I could only get him to clean up after himself...
